About the project

Earthworks and site preparation for an industrial zone

Preparing an industrial platform is more than moving dirt. Volume, compaction, surface readiness and handover to concrete all share one schedule. On the Sumgayit project a SANY excavator–loader combination kept that chain stable.

Project goal

Cut volumes and compaction targets were planned before platform forming. Delay would idle concrete and assembly crews. Shortening loading cycles was therefore a core KPI.

Equipment choice

The excavator handled cutting and loading; the loader took material flow and leveling support. Tandem working meant machines did not wait on each other. SANY hydraulics and chassis durability held tempo on long shifts.

Coordination model

  • Split daily volume targets by zone
  • Place loading points to match haul routes
  • Run compaction checks in stages
  • Pre-arrange parts and fuel logistics

Result

Loading cycles shortened and material flow stayed stable. A foundation-ready surface was handed over on time and the concrete stage started without a pause.

Why it matters

On industrial plots earthworks quality affects every later construction stage. The right fleet plus coordination delivers quality and speed together.
